1. Adapt to working conditions:

For high-risk or high-pressure media that cannot be directly heated, media that are particularly viscous and unsuitable for direct heating, and lines that require high-temperature steam.


2. Introduction:

The heat carrier conductive electric heater belongs to the process heating system, that is, the flowing heat carrier (commonly having heat transfer oil or water) flows into the heater inlet through the pressure of the pump body or other means; during the flow in the heater cylinder, the passage The baffle plate absorbs the heat energy generated by the electric heating element to the maximum extent, so that the heat transfer oil reaches the process demand temperature, and then flows out from the heater outlet. After the heat transfer oil flows out, it enters the heat exchanger inlet and flows out of the heat exchanger outlet into the recirculation system. This system ensures that the instantaneous temperature of the outlet meets the process requirements.
