1. Adapt to working conditions:

Widely used in petroleum, petrochemical, electric power, offshore platforms, environmental protection, machinery and chemical, pharmaceutical and plastics fields and various laboratories. It is suitable for heating the static medium in the tank, the container and the tank, and directly contacts and heats the electric heating element. It has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, low maintenance cost and convenient maintenance and disassembly.


2. Introduction:

The heat-generating part of the immersion electric heater enters the tank body, the tank or the inside of the container through the flange or the screw connection to completely exchange heat with the medium, thereby achieving the process requirement for heating the medium. The junction box is external to the tank or container and is easy to operate. The temperature measuring element inside the electric heater tube bundle is used to detect overheating of the medium. For conditions that require the junction box to be immersed in the media, there is also a fully immersed, submerged electric heater.
